... but what if, due to unforeseen and unexpected circumstances, you must cancel your stay with us?
When you book and stay with our guest house, the AGBHs (General Terms and
Conditions for the Hotel Industry) shall apply. As a result, we charge the following
cancellation fees should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following
period:
You may cancel your stay with 3 months or more prior notice without being liable to pay
a cancellation fee.
- 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before your scheduled date of arrival;
- 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before your scheduled date of arrival;
- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding your scheduled date of
arrival.
We do recommend the closing of an Hotelstorno Plus insurance contract. The insurance
premium is 5% of the cost of the booked journey. The Hotelstorno Plus package includes
the following benefits: Cancellation fee reimbursement, reimbursement of the booked
but unused part of the arrangement, delayed commencement of your booked stay (e.g.
car break-down), reimbursement of additional costs if you have to extend your stay
involuntarily, search and rescue costs (including helicopter rescue).
